This unit is taken over two successive semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. Students can commence the unit in either semester 1 or semester 2.<br/><br/>Students submit a detailed account of their findings from the research project. The thesis demonstrates that the student can undertake an original research project and communicate the findings in written form. After submission of the thesis, students are required to give a seminar (20 to 25 minutes) on the outcomes of the project.
