Childhood mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, eating disorders and attachment problems are common. It is essential that psychologists working with children, adolescents and families are trained to be able to identify, assess and provide evidence-based treatment to young people presenting with these disorders. This unit explores, in depth, the range of issues involved in working with infants, children and adolescents. The focus is on developing a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of current evidence-based assessments and treatments for these disorders. -- Course Website
