The written assignments require the analysis and interpretation of data drawn from routine clinical laboratory practice, enabling students to demonstrate their understanding of the subject areas. Students are required to select appropriate testing protocols and techniques and present their findings to the unit coordinator in written form. The final written examination assess students' quantitative knowledge and integrated understanding of the principles of gene structure and variation as they relate to the diagnosis of inherited disorders and their treatment. -- Course Website
