This unit is taken over two semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. The unit is run four times a year over two semesters and students are allocated to an eight-week rotation by the Faculty.<br/><br/>During the eight-week unit students spend approximately half of their time attached to a general practitioner in the community alongside exposure to ophthalmology in the outpatient setting.
