This unit is taken over one or two semesters (depending on availability of placements) and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit.<br/><br/>The unit involves a placement with an Aboriginal community-based organisation that works in health or a related area. Preparatory sessions are run early in semester one for students who have not completed IMED2293 Aboriginal Health. Students are then placed with an Aboriginal community-based organisation.
