This unit enables students to study in greater depth the issues of adolescent sexuality and sexual health issues, and to enhance small-group and facilitation skills. Students make (invited) community school visits to facilitate health promotion discussions in the area of sexual health. Students have a one-and-a-half-day facilitation skills training session at the beginning of the year. There is a series of two-hour seminars during the semester, clinical attachments to sexual health services and a minimum of four school visits during the semester which students record in a reflective diary. -- Course Website
