This unit is taken over two semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit.<br/><br/>The unit is a continuation of the Level 3 theoretical and laboratory exercises. Examination, diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of paediatric dentistry patients as well as the planning in relation to biological and psychological changes that occur in the growing child are included in the Level 4 unit. The unit enables students to comprehend a dentist's ability in prevention, diagnosis, treatment and referral for paedodontic conditions encountered in general practice. -- Course Website
