This unit gives upper-level Bachelor of Arts students the opportunity to gain credit for supervised projects related to a discipline of study in a range of working situations. Students work with a workplace supervisor and an academic supervisor from their discipline on their practicum. The unit enables students to identify, put into practice and further develop discipline-specific skills and knowledge, as well as generic skills acquired throughout an Arts degree. Intending students should enrol in the unit and submit an online Expression of Interest form to the Arts Practicum Coordinator as soon as possible in the preceding semester.
