This language unit consolidates and expands on some essential fundamentals of French grammar and syntax, and creates numerous opportunities for a deeper understanding of French as a foreign language. The unit introduces students to relevant features of the French community in Perth (Rendez-vous Radio, Alliance Francaise, etc.). Students expand their cultural and language awareness by reading and engaging with a full-length novel chosen for its cultural and literary merits.
