This unit is taken over two successive semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. Students can commence the unit in either semester 1 or semester 2.<br/><br/>To complete the unit students must submit a detailed account of their findings from the research project. The thesis provides written proof that the student can undertake an original research project and communicate the findings in written form. Before undertaking the research projects, students present a proposal of the research direction.
