This unit is taken over two successive semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. Students can commence the unit in either semester 1 or semester 2. The unit is a component of the Master of Forensic Science by coursework and dissertation (51520) and involves the student writing a non-research literature-based dissertation on a topic of forensic interest—chosen in consultation with the prospective supervisor and Director of Forensic Science.
