This unit must be taken in successive semesters within a maximum of four semesters. Parts 1 to 4 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. Students can commence the unit in either semester 1 or semester 2.<br/><br/>The unit provides training in the investigation of a particular topic and in the presentation of the results. Students are required to submit a technical report on a topic approved by the Head of the School of Civil and Resource Engineering and to participate in the prescribed seminars. -- Course Website
