This unit covers the civil, environmental, economic and design constraints affecting infrastructure projects in industrial sectors of the economy. It emphasises project development and management from the conceptual stage and site investigation through to completion. Attention is given to the roles played by statutory by-laws, planning, environmental impact, sustainability and occupational health and safety. -- Course Website
