This unit can be modified to suit, as far as practicable, each student's background understanding of project design and their future career interests. Topics include how to obtain and critically evaluate background information and literature, how to clarify project objectives and hypotheses, choice of methods, formulation of protocols and the regulations and ethics governing experimental work. -- Course Website
