This unit examines the cultural underpinnings of the business traditions in the Asian region from a comparative perspective. In each tradition, the student examines the type of business enterprise that has emerged. Discussion then focuses on the nature of business organisation, leadership, management style, business strategy and the general business culture in each. A key feature of these traditions is their continued regional and international expansion. -- Course Website
