This course is designed to challenge preservice teachers to use their knowledge, expertise and experience to design learning environments that will engage students in the learning process and cater for a variety of learning styles. This includes the principles and methods of curriculum development, implementation and assessment applied to teaching of English in secondary schools; preparing curriculum materials and their rationales; observations of teaching; examination of current issues in English teaching. -- Course Website
