This course introduces students to key concepts, perspectives and contemporary global issues in anthropology. The course focuses on anthropology in the modern world and investigates a range of current issues including traditions and change, social inequality, Indigenous politics, religion, kinship, race, and the social construction of gender within and across cultures. -- Course Website
