Subject Area: Hispanic Studies<br/><br/>This course provides an advanced level program in Spanish language study from a communicative and task-based approach. The medium of instruction is Spanish. Students develop their listening and speaking skills through a number of different activities, as well as their reading and writing skills in Spanish. Vocabulary and grammatical structures are presented in the context of culturally relevant issues.<br/>Topics include intercultural communication, current events and issues in the Spanish-speaking world. -- Course Website
