Subject Area: French Studies<br/><br/>This course provides an intermediate level program in French language study from a communicative and task-based approach. The medium of instruction is French. Students develop their listening and speaking skills through a number of different activities, as well as their reading and writing skills in French. Vocabulary and grammatical structures are presented in the context of culturally relevant issues.<br/>Topics include communication, the media, cuisine, France and the Francophone world as well as national and international concerns. -- Course Website
