VETS70004 Veterinary Bioscience 2 continues the integrated and interdisciplinary approach to the study of organ function and dysfunction in animals that is introduced in Veterinary Bioscience 1. Building on students’ prior knowledge of organ function and dysfunction and their experience of scientific and clinical reasoning, this subject introduces students to the structure and normal functioning of the haemopoietic and lymphoreticular, musculoskeletal and integumentary, reproductive and neuroendocrine systems, and to the principles of dysfunction of these systems.
