This subject will offer the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to manage projects with particular focus on project conception, initiation, planning, monitoring and control. It focuses both on the analytical side of project management, referring to schedule cost, and resource management, as well as the 'people' and client management issues that must be dealt with in order to ensure success of the projects. The subject will cover the core principles of the project management 'body of knowledge' and the key elements required to bring projects to successful fruition. -- Course Website
