The Mental Health unit covers the aetiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of the following common mental health problems: anxiety & obsessional disorders depression schizophrenia bipolar disorders other conditions ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), postpartum depression & psychosis).The unit will focus particularly on medication management issues in patients with these conditions and the pharmacist's role in managing these patients. The unit will also give an overview of the mental health care system in Australia. -- Course Website
