Geriatric disease state management is an elective unit in the Master of and Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice. The unit will help students develop specialist knowledge and skills in the management of major diseases and syndromes affecting older people. In particular it will focus on medication-related issues and the role of the pharmacist, including medication management reviews in patients with these conditions. -- Course Website
