The unit explores the day-to-day practice of pharmacy including systematic problem solving, therapeutics, evidence based practice, patient monitoring and outcomes, symptomology, improving adherence, multiple medication management, pharmaceutical care, standards and competencies for pharmacy practice, ethics, legal aspects, multidisciplinary approaches to health care, primary care, over the counter medicines, communication and counselling, public health, pharmaceutical calculations, risk management and dealing with difficult clients. -- Course Website
