This interactive unit examines principles and practices of leadership which are vital for aspiring leaders of the future. Through a personal portfolio of leadership concepts, character, and competencies, students develop their potential for growth as strategic leaders of the 21st century organisations. Inspiring stories of leadership successes and failures from exemplary leaders in the past and present will guide students' leadership journey to find their own authentic voice. A plethora of cutting-edge leadership materials (research articles, movies and videos, case studies, role-plays, games, self-assessments) will also be featured weekly to enhance students' learning experience. -- Course Website
