This unit will involve a comprehensive examination of executive leadership in Australia and internationally. Students will study individual, group and organisational issues, specifically in terms of current and traditional leadership models and paradigms; gender, ethical, and strategic issues; and the relationships between leadership and performance, group dynamics, and organisational culture. -- Course Website
