This unit provides the student with enhanced understanding of the concepts related to undertaking research in the emergency services setting though the examination of the Principles of Good Research Practice based on the 'Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research'. Relevant research studies undertaken in emergency services settings, both nationally and internationally, will be used as exemplars to promote contextual relevance to the topics covered in the unit. This unit will build on previous studies in introduction to research and evidence based practice. -- Course Website
