This course is designed as an introduction to corporate finance theories and application of theories so that solutions to key financial management decisions of for-profit organisations can be identified. The key financial decisions (capital budgeting, financing, acquisition and dividend) of managers in non-financial firms will be examined. Students will learn analytical skills to solve these problems using the body of knowledge that comes from finance theories. -- Course Website
