This unit together with FIT5057 provides a holistic approach to project management. The emphasis of this unit is on theoretical foundation of project management in global environment, and adequate level of understanding of skills necessary for people to be involved in and managing projects globally. The practical exercises and relevant case studies will familiarize students with as many of current issues/problems/solutions as possible, and thus increase their ability to recognize the potential pitfalls in managing projects globally and provide appropriate solutions for them. -- Course Website
