In this unit students will explore the components of place and space in the context of local and global educational settings and contexts. Students will engage in their own communities through local history, culture and environment. There is a significant focus on children's place making in their own educational settings and communities. The unit also considers how places affect relationships to other people and other places. -- Course Website
