This unit bridges the knowledge and writing that is common to the workplace and that which is common to higher education learning. It develops awareness of the multiple knowledges that are valued in workplace and academic contexts. It provides students with opportunities to critically reflect on the contested nature of theoretical and experiential knowledge and to draw these into their academic research and writing. -- Course Website
