This unit extends student's knowledge of concepts and tools applicable to digital and audio production techniques. It builds sequentially upon the skills and knowledge of preceding units by providing a focus upon advanced principles of digital audio and video design and industry-standard software applications. With a greater focus on specialization the students will concentrate on utilizing the medium to a professional level. Emphasis is placed upon exploring the potential of digital video and audio as a medium for inclusion in a wide range of communications and multimedia applications and over various contexts.
