The unit aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the concept of CSR from a legal perspective. Topics include the legal and regulatory environment of corporations, the concept and definition of stakeholders, the application of CSR to specific stakeholder cohorts including employees, creditors, tort victims, consumers and the environment, and the enforceability of stakeholder claims. -- Course Website
