Students will gain practical experience by designing, implementing and evaluating a nutrition education program. To facilitate learning in relation to vulnerable groups most likely to require nutrition education and to develop an understanding of social justice issues related to nutrition education, students will be required to undertake voluntary work with community based organisations and complete a range of tasks. -- Course Website
