This unit is designed to further develop students' interpreting skills so that they demonstrate advanced strategies in core interpreting techniques, such as listening skills, text analysis, memory retention, note-taking and oral translation skills. Students engage in reading, research and practice to develop strong critical analysis and reflective capabilities in relation to their interpreting practice and academic work.<br/><br/>The unit consists of lectures and tutorials.
