This unit consists of two modules: project management followed by logistics. Project management topics include: Gantt charts, time-limited scheduling, resource-limited scheduling, critical chain scheduling, precedence diagramming method, and time-cost tradeoffs. Logistics topics include: supply chain management, outbound logistics, materials management, and JIT and MRP methods. Practical applications are undertaken using Microsoft Project. -- Course Website
