The student will undertake a research project supervised by a qualified research supervisor with the potential to be a supervisor for the student in a subsequent research degree. The student will write a literature review, prepare a research proposal and budget (and ethics application if required), and undertake data collection towards the project. The final report, of 8000 words, will report the background, methods and techniques, results, and analysis and discussion, for the project. The report will be assessed by the supervisor and by another qualified staff member in the subdiscipline of the project. Students will report on their research results in a 20 minute seminar to their peers. -- Course Website
