Using a communicative approach this unit aims to systematise and further develop knowledge of the language in all areas such as aural comprehension, speaking, reading and writing. Various grammatical and linguistic concepts are initiated; the theoretical component of the unit is complemented with a study of selective texts in order for students to acquire a better and reflective understanding of the structure of the language. -- Course Website
