This unit builds on the understanding of core principles and practices of radio broadcasting and digital sound production taught in MAS206 Radio Production, extending students' experience and knowledge of radio/audio through attention to actual live broadcast situations and professional roles. Critical listening and reflection upon diverse radio/audio content is an aim of the unit giving students a broad understanding of principles and practices of radio production and broadcast radio journalism while connecting students to the latest developments in digital radio/audio programming.
