This unit is conducted to develop students' knowledge in the underlying physical principles of medical radiation science. The unit is presented in three distinct modules:<br/>- Module 1 is the study of Radiation Physics, its principles and current technology of imaging equipment.<br/>- Module 2 is the study of the principles and practice of image production and image processing techniques.<br/>- Module 3 describes the biological effects of radiation as well as current radiation protection techniques. -- Course Website
