This independent study unit is designed to provide student teachers with the opportunity to develop strengths in professional decision making. Students are placed in their choice of school, childcare or preschool and complete two components of this unit. The first involves a series of modules used as a stimulus for student teacher discussion. These modules also prepare students for the second component of this unit – an individual research assignment.
