This unit examines early childhood settings through organisational evaluation and planning. A number of important concepts and debates raised in earlier units are considered in greater depth. The main focus of this unit is an examination and evaluation of theory and practice as it relates to the leadership responsibilities of early childhood educators in early childhood services and school contexts.
