This unit draws together what has been learnt in previous units by conducting a group-based project spanning all phases of the software development life cycle and the techniques that can be applied in each of its stages. The unit assesses and extends students' understanding and application of methods for analysis; specification and design; testing and implementation; project management and quality assurance; team skills; and verbal and written communication skills. The unit involves a substantial group project drawn from the full breadth of IT applications. -- Course Website
