This unit examines the challenges of managing effectively in business environments across borders when people from diverse cultures interact, both within and between firms. Given the globalisation of business, particular attention is paid to managing the increasingly diverse workforce in the Australian context, as well as in the context of Australian firms that conduct business in Asia and beyond.
