The actual and potential role of management accounting in enabling and hindering strategic control processes are assessed using published work by leading scholars in the field. Concepts and processes such as product life cycle, value-chain analysis, budgeting, customer and supplier relations, and learning and innovation are analysed as applied in the for-profit, not-for-profit and public sectors. -- Course Website
