This course will provide a detailed understanding of the functional properties of proteins and proteomes, and will include topics such as protein chemistry, structure and enzymology, physical biochemistry, protein isolation and characterisation techniques, post translational modification and control systems, protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions, experimental and computer-based techniques contribute to deciphering protein structure and function.
