This course examines relevant professional codes of ethics and considers the implications of these specifically for the delivery of forensic mental health services. Formal and informal systems of accountability operating within Queensland's forensic mental health services, including reporting requirements, documentation, and professional and administrative supervision, are considered. Case examples are used to highlight problems with professional misconduct in correctional and mental health settings. -- Course Website
