This course focuses on the study of the major extant theories on which the modern theory of finance is founded, and the application of these theories to corporate financial policy. The course provides for a critical analysis of aspects of modern finance theory through coverage of the empirical support for these theoretical concepts and through an evaluation of the appropriateness of the research methods used. -- Course Website
