This course explores the formation and properties of macromolecules, aggregates, amorphous solids, crystals and surfaces. An understanding of their properties will be developed and techniques for their analysis will be explored. The unique properties of nanoscale structues will be discussed. The properties of liquids and their description using statistical mechanisms and the effects of confinement on fluid structure will also be studied.<br/><br/>This course should not be taken by students who have passed either:<br/>6177SCE Structure OR 3501SCE Chemical Nanoscience. -- Course Website
