This course introduces students to the study of human behaviour from a biological point of view and an understanding of the link between biological systems and human behaviour. Apart from providing students with knowledge in basic areas such as the human nervous system, the human sensory and motor systems, the course also includes more applied topics. For example learning and memory, perception, language, emotion and motivation, sleeping, eating and eating disorders, drugs and brain damage.<br/><br/>This course has prerequisites that must be completed prior to enrolling in this course.
